Tomanik Enterprises is a proud longtime supporter of the Big Hearted Mavericks, a group of Calgary business leaders dedicated to raising funds for children and family-focused organizations in Calgary and surrounding areas. Their supported programs include Community Kitchen, KidSport, Between Friends, and Kids Cancer Care. Tomanik Enterprises has supported the Big Hearted Mavericks through various fundraising initiatives, including the annual Country Hills Golf Club Charity Classic.
Our Boston Pizza Calgary locations are proud supporters of Heart Beats Children's Society of Calgary. Heart Beats Children's Society of Calgary is a charitable organization that has been helping families of children with congenital heart disease since 1987. As our Local Community Program partner, Tomanik Enterprises has been a donating partner for the past four years.
Local food banks play a crucial role in addressing food insecurity while providing access to resources with compassion and dignity. We believe that supporting local food banks is essential to building healthier, more resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. That is why Boston Pizza Strathmore has chosen the Wheatland County Food Bank as its Local Community Program partner.
A&W and Tomanik Enterprises are proud to be partnered with MS Canada through our Burgers to Beat MS. With Canada having one of the highest rates of Multiple Sclerosis diagnoses in the world, we are proud to help support services to Canadians with multiple sclerosis and their families and help fund critical research to help create a world without MS.
At Mr Lube, we are proud to support the Mr. Lube + Tires Kids Drive, a nationwide initiative dedicated to improving the lives of children across Canada. What began in 2000 as a small effort to assist local children’s programs has grown into a coast-to-coast commitment, driven by more than 15 years of community involvement. Through the collective efforts of participating locations, the Kids Drive has raised over $1.1 million to fund national and regional projects that create meaningful, lasting change for children in the communities we proudly serve.
With the support of generous guests and franchise partners—through initiatives like Valentine’s Day Paper Hearts, Heart-Shaped Pizzas, Kids Cards, and the Annual Boston Pizza Foundation Invitational Golf Tournament—we proudly contribute to meaningful causes across Canada.
